S.I. No. 629/2019 - Parent’s Leave and Benefit Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Parent’s Leave and Benefit Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 1st day of November 2019 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Parent’s Leave and Benefit Act 2019 (No. 35 of 2019) come into operation

(

a

) section 1;

(

b

) section 2, other than paragraph (b)(iii) of the definition of relevant parent in subsection (1) of that section;

(

c

) sections 3 and 4;

(

d

) Parts 2 to 4;

(

e

) Part 6, other than section 36(b).
