S.I. No. 613/2019 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) (Office of the Planning Regulator) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (State Authority) (Office of the Planning Regulator) Order 2019.

2. The Office of the Planning Regulator is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in section 7(1) of the

National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000

(No. 39 of 2000).

The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government consents to the foregoing Order.
