S.I. No. 60/2019 - Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (Irish Water) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Valuation Act 2001 (Global Valuation) (Irish Water) Order 2019.

2. The Commissioner of Valuation shall carry out a valuation of relevant properties occupied by Irish Water.

3. The global valuation under this Order shall be made by reference to 31 March 2018 and shall be entered in the central valuation list by 18 October 2019.
