1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 25

day of November 2019 is appointed as the day on which section 30 the

Road Traffic Act 2016

(No. 21 of 2016) insofar as it relates to section 78A(1A), other than paragraph (g), comes into operation.

section 30

of the

Road Traffic Act 2016

insofar as it relates to section 78A(1A), other than paragraph (g), of the

Road Traffic Act 1961

, and relates to information to be provided to the Minister, the MIBI, and An Garda Síochána by motor insurers.
