1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2019.
2. The following sections of the
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012
come into operation on 18 February 2019

a
) section 10(e);
(
b
) section 11(i).
