S.I. No. 535/2019 - National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order 2019.

2. In relation to the National Surplus (Exceptional Contingencies) Reserve Fund, the functions of the Minister under

section 8

of the

National Surplus (Reserve Fund for Exceptional Contingencies) Act 2019

in relation to the investment of that fund, or part of the fund, are delegated to the Agency.
