S.I. No. 468/2019 - Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 23rd day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which

sections 24

and

34

(in so far as it is not already in operation) of the

Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) (Amendment) Act 2015

(No. 40 of 2015) shall come into operation.
