1. This Order may be cited as the Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) (Amendment) Act 2019 (Section 37) (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 6

day of August 2019 is appointed as the day on which

section 37

of the

Qualifications and Quality Assurance (Education and Training) (Amendment) Act 2019

(No.32 of 2019) shall come into operation.
