1. This Order may be cited as the Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2019.

day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the

Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019

(No. 12 of 2019), insofar as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

The effect of this Order is to bring into operation the remaining provisions - Parts 2 to 6 (Sections 9 to 30) - of the

Aircraft Noise (Dublin Airport) Regulation Act 2019

(No. 12 of 2019), following commencement of Part 1 of the Act in June 2019.
