S.I. No. 38/2019 - National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2019

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007 (Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2019.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2020.

2. The percentage rate referred to in section 44C(3)(b) of the

National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007

(No. 7 of 2007) shall be 12.359 per cent.

3. The

National Oil Reserves Agency Act 2007

(Biofuel Obligation Rate) Order 2018 (

S.I. No. 198 of 2018

) is revoked.
