S.I. No. 305/2019 - European Communities (Minimum Conditions For Examining Of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2019

1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2019.

2. The European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 121 of 2004

) are amended by substituting in Regulation 2 for the definition of “Directive” (as amended by European Communities (Minimum Conditions for examining of Vegetable Species)(Amendment) Regulations 2018 (

S.I. No. 304 of 2018

) the following-

“‘Directive’ means Commission Directive No. 2003/91/EC of 6 October 2003

as amended by Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/114 of 24 January 2019;”.

3. The European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (

S.I. No. 304 of 2018

) is revoked.
