S.I. No. 23/2019 - Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 31st day of January 2019 is appointed to be the day on which

section 48

of the

Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2011

(No. 20 of 2011) shall, in so far as it is not already in operation, come into operation.
