1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (State Authority) Order 2019.
2. Children’s Health Ireland is prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (j) of the definition of “State authority” in
section 7
(1) of the
National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000
(No. 39 of 2000).
The Minister for Health consents to the foregoing Order.
