S.I. No. 135/2019 - Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997 (Prescribed Stock Exchange) Regulations 2019

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997 (Prescribed Stock Exchange) Regulations 2019.

2. The Irish Stock Exchange plc (Companies Registration Office registered number 539157) is hereby prescribed as a recognised stock exchange for the purposes of the

Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997

(No. 5 of 1997).

3. The Irish Takeover Panel Act 1997 (Prescribed Stock Exchange) Regulations 1997 (

S.I. No. 256 of 1997

) are revoked.
