1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Part IIB) (Establishment Day) Order 2019.

2. The 3rd day of April 2019 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part IIB (inserted by

section 4

of the

Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018

(No. 16 of 2018)) of the

Planning and Development Act 2000

(No. 30 of 2000).
