S.I. No. 10/2019 - Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 25th day of January 2019 is appointed as the day on which the

Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018

(No. 8 of 2018) shall come into operation.

This Order brings into operation the provisions of the

Radiological Protection (Amendment) Act 2018

with effect from the date specified in the Order.
