S.I. No. 1/2019 - Criminal Justice (Suspended Sentences of Imprisonment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2019

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Suspended Sentences of Imprisonment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 11th day of January 2019 is appointed as the day on which the

Criminal Justice (Suspended Sentences of Imprisonment) Act 2017

(No. 4 of 2017) shall come into operation.
