1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2018

2. The European Communities (Control of Organisms Harmful to Plants and Plant Products) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 318 of 2017

) are amended in Regulation 2 (1) by substituting for the definition of “Commission Implementing Decision” the following—

“ ‘Commission Implementing Decision’ means Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/715 of 11 May 2016

as amended by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/801 of 8 May 2017

and Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/85 of 18 January 2018;”.
