1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 1st day of January 2019 is appointed as the day on which the

Health (Regulation of Termination of Pregnancy) Act 2018

(No. 31 of 2018) shall come into operation.
