S.I. No. 584/2018 - Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2018.

2. The 29th day of December 2018 is fixed as the day on which the following provisions of the

Legal Services Regulation Act 2015

(No. 65 of 2015) shall come into operation

(

a

) section 35;

(

b

) section 36;

(

c

) subsection (2) of section 47;

(

d

) subsections (2)(

a

) and (3) of section 95.
