S.I. No. 554/2018 - Health Act 1970 (Fifth Schedule) Regulations 2018

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Health Act 1970 (Fifth Schedule) Regulations 2018.

2. These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2019.

3. The following hospital is prescribed for the purposes of the Fifth Schedule (inserted by

section 16

of the

Health (Amendment) Act 2013

(No. 31 of 2013)) to the

Health Act 1970

(No. 1 of 1970)
