1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.
2. In this Order, “Act” means the
Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018
(No. 24 of 2018).
3. The 12th day of November 2018 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation
(
a
) Part 1, other than sections 4 and 10;
(
b
) sections 17, 22 and 23;
(
b
) Part 3.
4. The 12th day of November 2019 is appointed as the day on which sections 14 and 20 of the Act come into operation.
5. The 12th day of November 2021 is appointed as the day on which sections 15 and 16 of the Act come into operation.
