S.I. No. 447/2018 - Sea-Fisheries (Common Fisheries Policy) (Bluefin Tuna) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sea-Fisheries (Common Fisheries Policy) (Bluefin Tuna) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

Landing Obligations

2. The Sea-Fisheries (Common Fisheries Policy) (Bluefin Tuna) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 680 of 2016

) is amended by substituting the following for Regulation 8(3)

“8.(3) For the purposes of paragraph (2), the designated ports are An Daingean, Baltimore, Castletownbere, Clogherhead, Dunmore East, Howth, Killybegs, Port of Cork, Ros A Mhil and Union Hall.”
