S.I. No. 442/2018 - National Oversight and Audit Commission (Number of Members) Order 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the National Oversight and Audit Commission (Number of Members) Order 2018.

Number of Members.

2. The number of members of the National Oversight and Audit Commission (established by the National Oversight and Audit Commission (Establishment) Order 2014 (

S.I. No. 297 of 2014

)), and was increased to 11 members for the period of 2 years from the date of SI 536 of 2016 18th Oct 2016 shall be extended for a further 2 years in accordance with the provisions of the Act from the date of this Order.
