1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2018.
2. The 3rd day of January 2018 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2012
(No. 17 of 2012) come into operation

) paragraphs (

), (

) and (

) of section 11.
