1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Statutory Audits) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 21st day of September 2018 is appointed as the day on which the

Companies (Statutory Audits) Act 2018

(No. 22 of 2018), other than

) paragraphs (

) and (

) of section 3(1);

(

b

) section 9,

shall come into operation.
