S.I. No. 304/2018 - European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2018

1. TheseRegulations may be cited as the European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.

2. The European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining of Vegetable Species) Regulations 2004 (

S.I. No. 121 of 2004

) are amended by substituting in Regulation 2 for the definition of “Directive” (as amended by European Communities (Minimum Conditions for examining of Vegetable Species)(Amendment) Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 310 of 2017

) the following-

“‘Directive’ means Commission Directive No. 2003/91/EC of 6 October 2003

as amended by Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2018/100 of 22 January 2018;”.

3. The European Communities (Minimum Conditions for Examining Vegetable Species) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 310 of 2017

) is revoked.
