S.I. No. 210/2018 - Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 1) Order 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the Trade Union Act 1941 (Revocation of Negotiation Licence) (No. 1) Order 2018.

2. The negotiation licence granted to the Civil and Public Services Staff Association on the 16th day of July 1982, is hereby revoked.

The effect of this Order is to revoke the negotiation licence which was granted to the Civil and Public Services Staff Association as the union has ceased to exist.

Trade Union Act 1941

(No. 22 of 1941) (as adapted by the Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2017 (

)), and the Business, Enterprise and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2017 (

S.I. No. 569 of 2017

), and being satisfied that the holder of the negotiation licence hereinafter referred to has ceased to be an authorised trade union within the meaning of the said Act, hereby order as follows
