1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The 18th day of June 2018 is appointed as the day on which Part 5, other than section 79(4), of the

Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009

(No. 22 of 2009) comes into operation.
