1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2017 (Part 5) (Establishment Day) Order 2018.

2. The 11th day of June 2018 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of Part 5 of the

Water Services Act 2017

(No. 29 of 2017).
