S.I. No. 135/2018 - Animal Health and Welfare (Application of Act to disease) Order 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare (Application of Act to disease) Order 2018.

Stated Diseases

2. All provisions of the

Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013

(No. 15 of 2013) shall apply to the following diseases to the extent they would if they were included in Schedule 2 of that Act-

(

a

) Bovine genital campylobacteriosis,

(

b

) Heartwater, and

(

c

) Leishmaniasis.
