1. These Regulations may be cited as the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
2. Regulation 30(1) (amended by the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) (Amendment) Regulations 2017 (
S.I. No. 252 of 2017
)) of the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016 (
S.I. No. 271 of 2016
) is amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (
d
)
“(

) makes any reference to the taste, smell or other additives (except flavourings) or absence thereof in the product,”.

These Regulations amend Regulation 30 of the European Union (Manufacture, Presentation and Sale of Tobacco and Related Products) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 252 of 2017
) in relation to the product presentation for electronic cigarettes and refill containers.
