S.I. No. 127/2018 - Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2018

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (Commencement) Order 2018.

2. The day appointed as the day on which section 4, in so far as it repeals the

Livestock Marts Act 1967

(No. 20 of 1967), of the

Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013

(No. 15 of 2013) comes into operation is 1 January 2019.

This Order brings into operation the repeal of the

section 4

Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013
