1. This Order may be cited as the Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The 31st day of December 2017 is appointed as the day on which the
Child Care (Amendment) Act 2011
(No. 19 of 2011), other than sections 3(

), 6, 13(

), (
c
) and (
d
), 14(
b
), 20, 21(
b
), 23, 24, 25 and 36(1)(
a
), insofar as it is not already in operation, comes into operation.
