1. These Regulations may be cited as the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

2. The National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012 (Section 21) (Prescribed Period) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 223 of 2016

) are amended in Regulation 2 by the substitution of “30 April 2018” for “31 December 2017”.
