S.I. No. 594/2017 - Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Worth of Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2017

1. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Worth of Motor Vehicle) Regulations 2017.

(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 February 2018.

2. The amount of €5,000 or less is prescribed for the purposes of

section 26

)(iii)(I) of the

Personal Insolvency Act 2012

(No. 44 of 2012).
