1. These Regulations may be cited as the Charities Act 2009 (Section 34) Regulations 2017.

2. Each of the following persons is prescribed as a foreign statutory body for the purposes of

section 34

(6) of the

Charities Act 2009

(No. 6 of 2009)

) Charity Commission for England and Wales;

(

b

) Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
