1. This Order may be cited as the Business, Enterprise and Innovation (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2017.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation conferred on her by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to John Halligan, Minister of State at the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation.
