1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017.

2. The 22nd day of November 2017 is appointed as the day on which

section 7

(

f

) of the

Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016

(No. 9 of 2016) shall come into operation.

) are revoked.
