1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The 17th day of November 2017 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the
Water Services Act 2017
(No. 29 of 2017) shall come into operation

3. The 1st day of January 2018 is appointed as the day on which subsections (

) of

of the
Water Services Act 2017
come into operation.

This Order brings into operation certain general provisions of the
