S.I. No. 498/2017 - Forestry (Amendment) Regulations 2017

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Forestry (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

2. The Forestry Regulations 2017 (

S.I. No. 191 of 2017

) are amended by substituting Regulation 13(3) for the following

(3) A person shall—

“(

a

) in respect of development referred to in paragraphs (2)(

a

) or (2)(

b

), submit-

(i) an EIS with his or her application, and

(ii) details of registration of the application requiring environmental impact assessment with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, or

(

b

) in respect of development referred to in paragraph (2)(

c

) or (2)(

d

), on request from the Minister, submit-

(i) an EIS to accompany his or her application, and

(ii) details of registration of the application requiring environmental impact assessment with the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government.”.
