1. This Order may be cited as the Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2017.
2. The 13th day of October 2017 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the
Environment (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2015
(No. 29 of 2015) shall come into operation.
