S.I. No. 433/2017 - Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

2. The Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy Regulations 2012 (

S.I. No. 381 of 2012

) (as amended by the Credit Institutions Resolution Fund Levy (Amendment) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 499 of 2016

)) are amended—

(

a

) in Regulation 2—

(i) in paragraph (1), by substituting for the definition of “levy period” the following

“ ‘levy period’ means the period commencing on 1 October 2017 and ending on 30 September 2018.”,

and

(ii) in paragraph (3), by substituting “30 June 2017” for “30 June 2016”,

(

b

) in Regulation 3(1) by substituting “1 October 2017” for “1 October 2016”, and

(

c

) in Regulation 4(1), by substituting “28 February 2018” for “28 February 2017”.
