1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support Act 2011 (Prescribed Persons) Regulations 2017.

2. The following persons stand prescribed for the purposes of

section 28

(1) of the

Student Support Act 2011

(No. 4 of 2011)

) an education and training board;

(

b

) An tSeirbhís Oideachais Leanúnaigh Agus Scileanna.
