S.I. No. 408/2017 - Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2017.

2. The Notification and Control of Diseases affecting Terrestrial Animals (No. 2) Regulations 2016 (

S.I. No. 130 of 2016

) are amended, in Part C of the Schedule, by the insertion—

(

a

) before “Crimean Congo haemorrhagic fever” of “Bovine genital campylobacteriosis”,

(

b

) before “Infectious bovine rhinotracheitis/ infectious pustular vulvovaginitis” of “Heartwater”, and

(

c

) before “Monkey pox virus” of “Leishmaniasis”.
