1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht) Order 2017.

2. Ms Lucy Moylan, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht with effect from 18 September 2017.
