1. This Order may be cited as the Justice and Equality (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2017.

2. The powers (other than the power to prosecute an offence) and duties of the Minister for Justice and Equality conferred on him by or under the enactments specified in the Schedule are delegated to David Stanton, Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality.
