1. This Order may be cited as the Inland Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2017 (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 11th day of July 2017 is appointed as the day on which the

Inland Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2017

(No. 16 of 2017) shall come into operation.

This order brings the

Inland Fisheries (Amendment) Act 2017

(No. 16 of 2017) into operation on the 11th day of July 2017 to provide for Inland Fisheries Ireland to have power to bring summary proceedings for certain offences; to provide for certain penalties; and to provide for related matters.
