S.I. No. 309/2017 - Educational Research Centre (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017.

1. This Order may be cited as the Educational Research Centre (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2017.

2. The Educational Research Centre (Establishment) Order 2015 (

S.I. No. 392 of 2015

) is amended as follows

(

a

) in Article 46, by the substitution of—

(i)“the 1st day of October 2015” for “the establishment day specified in Article 4”, and

(ii) “2016” for “2014”;

(

b

) in Article 48, by the substitution of “Article 45” for “Article 43”;

(

c

) in Article 49, by the substitution of “Article 45” for “Article 43”.
