Statutory Text (6 Articles)
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003 (Section 21) (Páirc Uí Chaoimh, Cork) Regulations 2017.
2. In these Regulations “Act of 2003” means the
Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003
(No. 31 of 2003).
3. The stadium, known as Páirc Uí Chaoimh, situated in the city of Cork is designated as a national sporting arena.
4. The areas indicated by the colour red on the maps of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (
a
) of section 21(4) of the Act of 2003.
5. The areas indicated by the colour blue on the maps of the designated national sporting arena referred to in Regulation 3 set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of paragraph (
b
) of section 21(4) of the Act of 2003.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The effect of these regulations is to designate Páirc Uí Chaoimh as a national sporting arena under the
Intoxicating Liquor Act 2003
. On foot of these regulations a certificate approving the issue of a liquor licence for the arena will issue.

)) hereby make the following regulations
